IT Integration Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited
college or university.
Preferred:
 3+ years of experience in IT.
 3+ years of experience programming in SQL.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report directly to the Title V Grant Project Manager and functionally to the Senior Director of
Information Technology for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and
Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
● Maintain SIS modules in the ERP system including Retention, Analytics, and Communications Plus.
● Maintain user and group permissions for the ERP system.
● Create, maintain, and publish reports in SQL, SSRS, and/or Infomaker.
● Create, maintain, and publish forms in the portals.

● Secure and monitor the Angelina College ERP system for security risks by employing the latest security
protocols.
● Maintain procedures manual for the ERP system modules including Retention, Analytics, and
Communications Plus.
● Attend trainings/meetings related to the ERP system.
● Act as the primary support person for Angelina College Retention, Analytics, and Communications Plus
modules.
● Maintain change logs of major changes made to the software.
● Attend professional development events each year to update skills.
CONTRACT & SALARY:
$54,084.00 per year, in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the
