Software Training Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Create Training Videos and Training Guides - Product Videos for Desktop and Mobile Apps including Voice Over
  • Prepare Training Material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
  • Execute Training Sessions, Webinars, Workshops, etc. in groups or individually
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create online Newsletter, FAQs, and/or Knowledge Base
  • Communicate the changes in a release with the clients in “User’s Language”
  • Curate content such as Marketing Email and Text messages
  • First level Support. Troubleshoot basic problems with the software using FAQs or an existing Knowledge base. Defer to the technical team in case of difficulties in finding a solution.
  • Marketing assistance. Create promotional content that can be used in social media, email marketing, or blogs.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledge of Media Production and Editing
  • Enthusiasm for Learning
  • Experience as a Technical Trainer
  • Experience in designing technical course content
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of software design tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe eLearning Suite (including Photoshop, Audition, Flash, Dreamweaver, Bridge, Media Converter, etc.) 
  • Business Software CRM experience
