Workplace Wealth Advisor Program - NC - July 2024 Start

If yes, then we are looking for someone like you to join our Workplace Wealth Advisor Program starting July 2024.

 

The UBS Wealth Advice Center will offer you the opportunity to:

  • develop professionally through an extensive paid training program led by a team of experienced professionals
  • acquire your Series 7 & Series 66 FINRA Licenses
  • complete your corporate stock benefit consultant designation & build expertise in equity compensation to help participants get the most out of there awards and make more informed financial decisions
  • obtain your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, the standard of excellence in financial planning, as part of our tuition reimbursement program
  • build and deepen relationships with existing workplace wealth participants by providing them with an exceptional client experience
  • launch a successful career in a growing wealth management business with strong earning potential and career advancement

 

You will:

  • service and educate our equity plan participants across 150+ different corporate clients via inbound and outbound calls
  • be required to solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include gathering additional information, setting expectations, and working with other business partners to fulfill client requests
  • educate participants on their equity compensation awards including stock options, ISOs and NSOs, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans
  • engage in broad 'discovery' conversations to identify an individual's specific financial needs via a consultative approach
  • use our financial planning process to gain a full understanding of our clients’ situation and recommend all appropriate solutions when applicable; including but not limited to investments, banking services, digital tools, & managed solutions
  • be responsible for establishing and onboarding new wealth management relationships through our various workplace channels

 

Your team

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.

The UBS Wealth Advice Center currently serves over 300,000 clients. Our clients are served remotely (phone) by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates—who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

The UBS Wealth Advice Center leadership team supports career advancement and internal mobility and will help guide you in your career journey at UBS. All new UBS Wealth Advice Center employees must commit to staying in the WAC for a minimum of three years before becoming eligible to transfer to another role internally.

 

You have:

  • a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • SIE required to be completed 30 days prior to joining UBS
  • Series 7 and Series 66 will need to be obtained within 180 days of employment (Series 66 may be completed prior to start, recommended)
  • background in business administration, wealth management, financial planning, or finance (preferred)
  • completion of coursework on financial planning through a CFP Board Registered Program (preferred)
