Job Summary
You will overlook and work with a team to produce sales. You will be managing and engaging with clients one on one. You will be trained prior to the role, to be able to understand the work output and environmental procedures. All incoming and outgoing sales will be run by you and your team.
Responsibilities for Sales Consulting Manager:
- Communicate with potential and existing leads
- Maintain a schedule of appointments with team members and customers
- Create, Develop, and Solve all areas of sales for enhancement of productivity
- When fully trained; you will overlook your own sales team to provided and lead as a manager
- Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives
- Managing and assisting meetings with high-quality service for new and existing clients
Qualifications for Sales Consulting Manager:
- Excellent in communication skills
- Problem Solving skills to overcome any obstacles
- Have basic knowledge and experience in sales or a related field
- Being able to work in a team environment
- Coachable mindset through training
- Willing to take on leadership opportunities if qualified
- Working toward degree; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities
