Marketing Specialist

Ecotron is looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist. The job location is in Los Angeles area, CA.

Requirements: 

1. The candidate shall have a bachelor’s degree in marketing major. 
2. The candidate must demonstrate initiatives and ownership of the assignments.
3. The candidate needs to be a fast learner, self-sufficient, and having multitasking capability.
4. Passion in the automotive industries and electronics is a plus. 
5. The candidate must be interested in working in marketing and business development in engineering/automotive field. 
6. The candidate must be willing to work on a flexible schedule and working on-site.
7. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Your job responsibilities will include but not limited by the following:

1. Leading the company marketing efforts, creating contents on social media, email marketing, website marketing, etc.
2. Building and improving the company image, brand name, reputation, etc.   
3. Designing, reviewing and revising company’s marketing material, strategies, documents, videos, etc. 
4. Organizing and attending the exhibitions on behalf of the company, along with the engineers and other colleagues.
5. Learning and knowing the industries and building the professional network for company’s marketing purpose. 

Other Job responsibilities that may be required, and could benefit the employee’s learning and long term growth:

1. Taking training on Project engineering and doing some project managements. 
2. Learning the basic technology and knowledge of the company, product so to be effectively doing the marketing and project managing work. 
3. Supporting the customer,  and managing some customer projects as needed. 
4. Doing some sales related work, and business development type of tasks. 

In general, the employee is expected to have strong motivation and passion for doing a good job on this position. The employee is expected to demonstrate the leadership, and initiative in the job.  As a return, the company is providing a platform for the employee to become a leader of the company in the long term.
