CRM Associate Client Success Coach

Aesthetic Record is a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and complete Practice Management solution created for Medical Spas, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Wellness Clinics. We integrate full charting capabilities with HIPAA-compliant, fully integrated Telehealth, high-quality before and after photos and videos, complete point-of-sale transacting, full online booking, inventory & supply chain management, patient loyalty administration, 3rd-Party CRM integration and end-to-end key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. In addition, Aesthetic Record operates the Aesthetic Record Marketplace, Aesthetic Next, For The Record podcast, LeadAR, Aesthetic Next Productions, & AR Sync.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, flexible Associate Client Success Coach to join our team! You must have a desire to constantly learn and be eager to develop your knowledge, and project-management (PM) skill set. We are a technology company, so you must be tech-savvy and have the personal initiative to keep up in a very fast-paced environment.

Your Impact & Contribution

As an Associate Client Success Coach with LeadAR, your primary role will be working hand-in-hand with our LeadAR accounts to ensure long-term success with our software by onboarding new clients, helping them resolve issues, and improving customer satisfaction.You will also be empowered to help us evolve by owning critical process improvements and leading special projects.

In addition, you will be responsible for jumping in and helping with additional tasks when needed - we thrive on a start-up culture, so everyone works closely together!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions for customers by clarifying the customer's concerns, determining the cause or obstacle, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Must love to teach and train customers. Your day to day focus will be on training customers on how to use the system and helping them to architect and organize their data.
  • Must be able to perform root cause analyses and then provide the best solution for the customer based on offers that Aesthetic Record and LeadAR encompass.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to solve customer requests but also do so with attention to detail and in the best interest of the Company.
  • Build trusting, sustainable client relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • Experience in a performance-based culture where job duties are linked to metrics and results, and continuous performance improvement is the norm.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. You will be working on multiple projects across multiple clients with deliverable dates.
  • Technologically savvy - experience working with software programs, apps, and a general aptitude for technology.
