The California State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Information Technology has an opening for an Information Technology Specialist II in the Server Operations Unit. The position is located at 1001 I Street, 8th Floor, Sacramento, right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations and other public transportation. This position offers Hybrid Telework.
Duties:
The Windows server Information Technology Specialist II is responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to the staff within the Agency, by phone, e-mail, mail, and in person. The Windows Server Information Technology Specialist II is required to work independently, communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and become proficient in their duties. Proficient utilization of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
