Elementary Teaching Position

Lower Elementary (grades K-3) teaching positions 

The ideal candidate will have these qualities: 

• Bachelor of Education degree (Masters preferred) 

• One - three years teaching experience preferred

• Proficient in using manipulatives and visual representatives for teaching Mathematics

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of the Science of Reading 

• Classroom Management that promotes social and academic learning

• Proficient in data-driven, standards-based instructional planning 

• Experience with engaging teaching strategies

• Team-orientated and has excellent collaboration skills with children, families, colleagues, and community members

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and takes initiative 

• Competent in using and integrating technology 

• Reflective and receptive to feedback for professional growth
