The Integritus Group- Retail Exception Based Reporting Analyst/Investigator

Role Description- CONTRACTOR - DFW AREA- NO RELOCATION- $20-$25 per hour

This role necessitates an on-site presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

This contract position is for a Retail Data Analyst/Investigator. The professional will analyze retail data, construct cases, build investigations, and pinpoint potential loss or risk areas. This is a perfect role for an individual that likes to data mine, exception-based reporting and build investigative cases, currently a retail loss prevention professional.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor, review, and analyze transactional data from various U.S. Point of Sale systems concerning money orders, prepaid cards, and bill payment services for potential suspicious activities related to AML, including those arising from alert detection processes.
Identify, investigate, and document suspicious activities, ensuring proper documentation like sales video stills and transaction records.
Utilize multiple complex data sources and technical analytical tools/resources to detect potentially unusual suspicious activities.
Identify and report internal policy violations to stakeholders, upholding our commitment to financial partners.


Collaborate in a team environment to enhance analytical and reporting processes.


Assist regulators and law enforcement by providing reports and research on suspicious activities related to the sales of money orders, prepaid cards, and bill payment services.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Experience in the retail industry.

Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics
Strong communication skills

Knowledge of loss prevention and risk mitigation practices
Proficiency in data visualization tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to gather, analyze and report trends on a routine basis
