Spanish Teacher

Spanish Teacher  Elementary, Middle, and high School (Multiple Openings), Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Charlotte NC. Prepare Spanish language lessons and deliver meaningful student instruction at the high school level. Provide data driven instruction. Participate in grade level and content area meetings. Supervise students and ensure their safety. Communicate student progress to parents. Provide meaningful small group instruction. Build meaningful relationships with students and their parents. Support students with the acquisition of 21st century skills. Support the social emotional needs of students. Participate in school and district Professional Development (PD). Attend school-based family events.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Modern Language Education, Education or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires proficiency in Spanish as demonstrated with a NC professional Educator’s License (eligibility to obtain a NC professional Educator’s License) with a Spanish K-12 code/area designation.
