Job Description :

CDM Smith is expanding our marketing team in our Federal Services Unit. We’re seeking an Entry Marketing Specialist with strong writing/editing, organizational, and time-management skills to join our team. CDM Smith provides lasting and integrated solutions in water, environment, transportation, energy, and facilities to the U.S. government nationwide and overseas. As a full-service consulting, engineering, construction, and operations firm, we deliver exceptional client service, quality results, and enduring value across the entire project lifecycle. 

**We are open to this position working remotely, hybrid, or in the office. Preferred locations are Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia.** 

As a member of the CDM Smith team, you would participate in developing proposals for business development efforts encompassing multimillion-dollar U.S. government opportunities across the nation and overseas. 

Responsibilities include: 
• Developing, writing, editing, and producing complex proposals, presentations, and related marketing materials. 

• Editing documents written by others for grammar and style. 

• Formatting documents to adhere to preferred styles and brand guidelines. 

• Applying a theme-based approach to developing proposals and presentations. 

• Organizing, negotiating, and driving proposal schedules. 

• Maintaining and updating the marketing and proposal database. 

• Coordinating proposal teams that include management, technical, financial, and graphic design staff. 

• Conducting research on federal contracts, competitors, and potential team partners. 

• Analyzing sam.gov synopses, requests for proposals, and other solicitation documents.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree. 
• 0 years. 
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. 
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
