We are rapidly expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a meaningful journey in one of the fastest growing fields in healthcare. Our recruiting position plays a critical role in our company, and we need an individual with great interpersonal skills, detail oriented, is great at multi-tasking and time management.

Availability: Full Time (Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week)
Office Location: El Segundo, CA
Compensation: $21 per hour plus uncapped commissions

How will you help create a World Without Limits:

· Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through resume databases, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases

· Sourcing, screening, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews

· Ongoing networking and relationship building with potential candidates

· Developing and executing creative recruiting strategies that generate new leads

· Supporting University and College recruitment efforts

· Communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Background in the following fields: Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Customer Service or Healthcare 

· Ability to build relationships and create an exceptional experience for candidates

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization

· High attention to detail

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
