Salary Grade: Business Grade 05/ BG-05

Position Summary: The family retention and recruitment specialist serves as a key coordinator in the successful implementation of a three-year grant funded initiative designed to retain, re-engage, and recruit students and families to choose Tulsa Public Schools for their child’s pre-K-12 education. This position will focus on the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans for a targeted portfolio of elementary schools to increase student retention and enrollment rates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or related fields required
  • 2+ years progressive growth in program administration preferred
  • Experience in public education strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
