Manager Nursing, Emergency Services

Providence is calling a Manager Nursing, Emergency Services who will:

Plan, supervise, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s)

Work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

Work Status Available: Full Time, Exempt

Shifts Available: Day

This is an onsite role that will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled

Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Texas Registered Nurse License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas

3+ years professional nursing experience

2+ years clinical experience in Emergency Services

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Master's Degree - Nursing

Specialty certification related to practice

Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association

Supervisory/leadership experience
