Job Description 

The Sales Development Professional will be a motivated and results-driven part of our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving our business forward by nurturing client relationships attracted through the We Sell Restaurants marketing funnel and facilitating the brokerage process for both buyers and sellers in the restaurant market. This is not a cold calling role. We are working with clients that are actively seeking our services.

Training Path 

  • Candidates will enter our Sales Development Professional Training program which consists of a six-month curriculum.  
  • Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 requiring that they work a minimum of 40 hours per week in person.  Please note that this is not a remote role.  
  • During the initial six-month period, they will be required to obtain a Florida Real Estate license. At the time they obtain the license, their base salary will increase to $42,500. 
  • The curriculum will include guided classroom study of at least two 4-hour classroom training sessions covering all duties.
  • During training, you will be paired with a senior Restaurant Broker where you will learn all aspects of the role including negotiating deals and working deals to the closing table. 
  • At the completion of the Sales Development Professional Program 6-month curriculum, the base salary will increase to $45,000. 
  • At the completion of the Sales Development Professional Program 6-month curriculum, the SDP will be eligible for commission. 
  • Target for commission earned is $10,500 to $22,400 annually in addition to the base salary.

 

Total Target Compensation: $55,500 to $64,900
