A.C.E. Academy is seeking innovative, creative teachers to help educate the next generation of entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders.  

Through our three pillars Academic, Character, Entrepreneurship, we are able to ensure students grow academically; cultivate scholars with positive attitudes and develop entrepreneurs that have generated over $20,000 through their businesses.

We are looking for change makers with 21st century skills, that know they can make a difference in a child's life.

Teacher Competencies:

• Provide instruction to students in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning for students.
• Help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Help students work in teams and develop leadership qualities
• Incorporate 21st century life skills into teaching deliberately, strategically, and broadly
• Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and committed to teaching creatively with consistent high energy
• Demonstrate high ethical standards

Salary:

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

 Qualifications:

• BA in Education or related field
• Certified NC Teacher License
• Minimum of 2 years' experience
