MST Program Director
The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and building the 24/7 MST program and team under the Child & Family Services Division of MHMR. In this role you will train and support licensed therapists and credentialed Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) to provide intervention services to families with children and youth who have intensive behavioral and/or mental health needs (ages 3 years until the child turns 18 years old). You will promote the program to internal and external stakeholders and referral sources. You will ensure adequate 24/7 staffing to meet the needs of families served. As the MST Program Director, you will impact families, children, youth, and the community by ensuring intense behavioral and mental health needs are met so that families and the community will be a safe place for all.
Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in counseling or social work-related field AND current Texas license as an LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT AND three years’ experience in health and human services, counseling, or social work-related field AND one year supervisory experience. Prefer doctorate in health and human services-related field. Spanish-speaking a plus.
