Full Job Description: Director of Graduation Outcomes

Salary Grade: Educational Grade 10/ EG-10

Position Summary: The Director of Graduation Outcomes is directly responsible for creating metrics, systems and processes to monitor and report on the graduation progress of individual students and cohort groups at the site and district-level. The Director of Graduation Outcomes is also responsible for collaborating with district and site level teams to ensure that every student, based on the data, has a clear pathway to graduation, inclusive of necessary academic supports.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience:
• Five (5) years of successful teaching, counseling, or administrative experience at the secondary level. Counseling or administrative experience preferred
• Successful experience working with secondary student populations at risk for not graduating high school including economically disadvantaged, multilingual learners, special education students, chronically absent students, etc.
• Strong understanding of local and state graduation criteria

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
• Valid Oklahoma Teaching, Counseling, and/or Administrative certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
