Business Engineer II

DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and innovative Business Engineer II to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Business Engineer II will play a critical role in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives for our clients.

In this role, the Business Engineer II will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design process improvements, and measure the impact of implemented changes. The Business Engineer II will also provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance and effectiveness
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes and recommend further improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process improvement or a related role
  • At least 3 years of client interface experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies
  • Proficiency in process modeling and analysis software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
