QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
 Associates Degree from an accredited institution and 3 years of related work experience or high school
diploma and 5 years of related work experience.
 Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; email; calendar application; and
Zoom or other video conferencing technology.
Preferred:
 Experience scheduling.
 Document management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report to the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness for job responsibilities and other
College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not
limited to the following:
 Create, revise, and manage academic and non-academic schedules according to student and College needs;

 Serve as a liaison for internal and external events in accordance with College policies, procedures, and
processes with an emphasis on the public image of the College;
 Participate in the development of organizational systems and processes to support the Office of Institutional
Effectiveness and the College;
 Assist with campus-wide assessment accreditation activities;
 Create event-specific contracts based on event needs, event timelines;
 Revise and edit the College policies and procedures manual and academic catalog;
 Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documents such as schedules, itineraries, and reports; and
 Create and manage file storage systems for long and short-term storage of essential college documents.
Knowledge and Skills:
 Sufficient arithmetic skills to write basic formulas and functions in spreadsheet software;
 Significant communication skills, including using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, proofreading and
editing, and preparing standardized correspondence;
 Sufficient human relations skills to present a positive image of the College, convey technical information to
others, and use patience when interacting with a diverse community;
 Be able to learn, interpret, explain, and apply knowledge of the College, individual departments, organizational
procedures and operations, and department terminology when performing assignments;
 The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in order to meet schedules and timelines; and
 The ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, external organizations, and the public using patience and
courtesy.
CONTRACT & SALARY:
$16.50 per hour, in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United
