Title: Business Analyst
Role: Business Analyst work with our Business Development, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure that our clients have exceptional experiences engaging with Lenox Park Solutions during their on-boarding process and while using our technology products. The Business Analyst position is instrumental in interacting with users, helping to troubleshoot and gather feedback, leading to improved design and deployment of our custom-built technology products for clients, including automated reporting, enhanced customer support tools, simulation models, and data insights. The Business Analyst will also assist in client deliverables, which entails working with data sets to present first-class reports. Overall, the role is a highly versatile one which demands adaptability in the following areas: client communications; user engagement and troubleshooting; data analytics and reporting; and technology-updates testing.
Location: Remote (USA). Lenox Park Solutions’ staff work remotely. We believe our team members are most productive when they live in the places they choose and establish schedules that offer flexibility. We do have clusters of team members living in New York City, New York and in Austin, Texas, however everyone continues to work remotely. To keep our domestic and international team members engaged with each other, we encourage safe and responsible in-person gatherings when it makes sense.
Requirements: Candidates applying for this position must have all the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and technical skills (data management, statistical analysis, database management)
- Strong communication skills (written, presentation)
Expectations: Business Analysts are expected to be coachable, responsive, and produce high quality work. We will work with you and provide you with the tools and coaching you need to develop into an independent high performer in the following areas:
- Support Associates and Vice Presidents
- Coordinate engagement with users to identify and troubleshoot issues and influence ongoing product improvement
- Project management
- Coaching and training New Hires at Lenox Park Solutions
