Who You Are
- Preferably 1-2 years sales experience
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Be resilient, creative and resourceful in employing sales strategies
- Eager and excellent work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing startup; ability to wear multiple hats
- Ambitious, looking to climb the company ladder.
What You’ll Do
- Contact and correspond with potential clients following Mentor sales strategies (SMS and Phone Call)
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Meet KPIs consistently
- Attend team meetings
- Use customer relationship management (Close.io) software to manage leads and sales activities

Compensation, Benefits, + Perks
The pay range for this full-time, 100% remote US-based position is $12K - $25K monthly or $100K - $300K annually OTE. Compensation is determined by discipline, level, and required experience, with individual pay potentially varying based on factors such as location, desired skills, technical competency, relevant experience, and advanced education or training.
