Registered Nurse Acute Rehab

Position Summary:

RN provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

This is a 10 Bed Acute Rehab Unit. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Must have an active AZ or Compact RN License.
  • Current AHA BLS at time of hire. If you have other than AHA, you will have 30 days to obtain AHA BLS.
  • NIH Stroke Scale or completed within 90 days of hire.
  • EHAC/ACS Training as assigned within 90 days of hire - EHAC/ACS (healthstream) and annually.
