Behavior Interventionist
Inspira Health’s main aim is to improve the lives of individuals diagnosed with Autism and other associated developmental and behavioral disorders. Inspira Health equips our Behavior Interventionist’s and clinical teams with the necessary tools to successfully support our kiddos learning and development. Through the use of empirically validated behavioral analytic principles (ABA), the Behavior Interventionist will implement the ABA Behavior plan that is tailored to meet the needs of each child.
Inspira Health are interested in speaking with passionate psychology minded individuals who are motivated to gain 1:1 Therapy experience. Each ABA Behavior plan is individualized to promote learning and remediation of communicative, social, adaptive functioning, community and academic skills while simultaneously reducing behavioral excesses.

Inspira Health is looking for experienced Behavior Technicians to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, behavioral health services to individuals 18 months to adulthood with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.
We have immediate openings available for a Behavior Interventionist Monday-Friday
Inspira’s core hours are 10:00am-7:00pm
Job Description:
· Work 1:1 with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental and/or behavioral disabilities
· Implement skill acquisition programs to teach social, communication, safety, and daily living skills
· Implement behavior reduction programs
· Data collection and graphing
· Work collaboratively with other specialists (Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, etc.)
· Conduct parent education
Job Qualifications:
· Applicants must posses class credits in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social Work or related field (B.A., not required). Applicants in senior standing will be considered.
· Experience working with children and their families
· Strong customer service skills
· Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment approaches
* INSPIRA Behavior is eager to train psychology academics with the appropriate energy, compassion, and patience. Part-time is the preference for the position. Opportunities for full time for candidates with ABA experience.
Applicants must be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
