KPaul, an Indianapolis based company offering a broad range of IT managed services to small and medium sized businesses through its Napcloud division, seeks a talented business development professional to grow the account base, revenue, and profitability.  The successful candidate must be energetic, have a broad-based aptitude for technology, and be conversant in software deployment and migration, platform architecture and networks.  A four-year degree is preferred.  KPaul offers excellent training, compensation and benefits, and is an equal opportunity employer. 

This is an office/warehouse environment located in the PK100 area of Indianapolis, IN.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Growing the account base via all forms of communication, list management, needs’ analyses, and presentation of solutions to prospects
  • Maintaining and advancing existing-customer relationships for mutual benefit
  • Conduct meaningful needs’ analyses to advance opportunities in a solution selling environment
  • Move opportunities through the sales funnel in a team environment
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Meet opportunity identification goals each month
  • Continuous learning about markets, industry and products via on-line training, professional organizations and vendor sponsored training
  • Manage CRM data
  • Understanding processes and the roles of internal departments in support of common goals
  • Leveraging vendor relationships

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 2 years of related experience in business development
  • IT business development experience preferred
  • Conversant in software and hardware platforms, networks, migration, data security, ecommerce
  • Demonstrated commitment to a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with CRM systems and related platforms
  • Microsoft 365 familiarity
