Currently, we are seeking a Part-Time  Marketing Specialist (Hybrid position) to join our Team! This position will work with COMSO’s Managed Service Provider, CISPOINT.

CISPOINT is a Managed Service and Security Provider (MSSP) in Columbia, MD.   We are looking for a talented and motivated Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team.

  • Salary: $20/hour

 

Job Description:   This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has a strong background in SEO, Google Business, social media, WordPress, and Canva. We are looking to increase our brand through digital marketing.

 
What you will be doing:

  • SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Google Business Profile: Manage and update our Google Business profile to enhance our online presence and local search visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • WordPress Management: Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Graphic Design: Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
    • Driving record will be checked
  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Business, social media management, WordPress, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
