Job Requirements:

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Provide retail support for our customers including retail execution training utilizing best practices and providing pro-active "image" compliance and maintenances.  

• Outcomes desired are to improve PMPS through retail execution and maintaining all branded image components and compliance, along with improving our banded image evaluation scores.  

• Understanding and formulating a plan to ensure our retailers improve their store level execution.  

• Influencing retailers to utilize marketing programs that are made available.  

• Getting retailers to prepare for the future by improving their operations.  

• Influencing retailers to become more retail focused and improve their image.  

• Many of our branded accounts have limited experience in retail marketing. Developing Brand Value through promotions, services, advertising and execution is very difficult and the complexity of this increases as a result of an independent dealer customer base.  

• Ensures image evaluation scored by location and brand are in desired range.  

• Implements Branded Promotional programs.  

• Maintains scores in desired range from evaluations performed by management and customers.  

• Maintains scores in desired range from evaluations performed by management and customers.  

• Ensures deadlines are met.  

• Successfully implements business plans.  

• Ensures all facilities are operating under current regulatory guidelines.  

• Conducts semi-annual facility assessments as requested by SVP.  

• Manages the implementation of our suppliers Retail Sales Promotions & Credit Card Programs accepted by each retailer.  

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
