Robotics Sales Engineer
Schneider & Company is looking to add to our team of Territorial Regional Managers.
Description of Job Scope:
In the first year, the Job will start out as a 3/2 position. 3 Days of Marketing work in our Brighton MI. Tech Center and 2 Days traveling in the Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland area with our current (soon retiring) Territory Regional Manager going to manufacturing and machine building customers. The 3 days of marketing will include learning our data systems and creating email campaigns for our monthly “road Trip” technical events and robotics classes. The events will be throughout MI./N.OH./N.IN. the candidate will be trained on all of the technical products and will travel approx. 1 week/month demonstrating the products and giving presentations. This is the best training to be a Regional Territorial Manager as you will need to learn the products, the methods and the territory which ultimately you will “own”. In the second year the position will transfer to a straight Territory Regional Manager and 5 days a week you will be managing all of the customers within your territory - West Michigan.

Marketing Skills include: MS Office, Outlook, CRM's, ZOHO and data activities, Quoteworks, Mail Chimp, email campaigns content, website and SEO, Event based marketing, pictures, video content creation, trade show activities. Creativity
Technical Skills include: 2d/3d cad, simulation, robotics pc code programming, 3d printing, mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, (interest in manufacturing, advanced technology and Innovation)
Location: Preferable to live in the Grand Rapids area
