Registered Nurse/Day's - Skilled Nursing Facility

The Registered Nurse is responsible for comprehensive goal-oriented care of patients as directed by provider orders.  Responsibilities include: patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, implementation, intervention, and evaluation of treatment. 

Minimum Education Required: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing, BSN preferred.

Credential/Licensure Required: Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Wisconsin; BLS Certification.

Shift: Working 36 hours a week on the Day shift, weekend and holiday rotations.
