Lead Generation Associate

Lead Generation Associate – Part Time (10-15 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $20 - $23 per hour (Non-Exempt)
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Position Summary


The Lead Generation Associate (LGA) will play a crucial role in promoting and scheduling appointments for our Business Development Manager to increase the number of home care clients at SCS’s Home Care Project, Inc. Our LGAs are specialists in conducting in-depth research on prospects and finding innovative ways to set up meetings with decision-makers at hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, health clinics and
physician offices. You are responsible for initiating quality sales conversations that ultimately lead to new business, helping to scale revenue at Sunnyside Home Project, Inc. 

The LGA will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, so attention to detail and organizational skills are critical. Reporting to and working closely with the business development manager, the LGA is responsible for booking quality meetings with healthcare professionals to ensure the growth of client referrals. Part of this position will include attending industry events and promoting homecare through written marketing collateral.
The LGA must be able to multi-task and possess a high degree of candor, discretion, and integrity.


Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential referral sources, such as Physician groups (IPAs), Associations, community groups caring for seniors with high Medicaid and Medicare populations. Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to build relationships with referral sources.
• Book meetings for the Business Development Manager to conduct presentations and demonstrations of our homecare services to potential clients and referral partners.
• Track and manage sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and meetings arranged to ensure discussions for closure of deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research and identify potential client referral sources who clients can benefit from homecare services, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities.

2. Book meetings for the Business Development Manager to conduct presentations and demonstrations of our homecare services to potential clients and referral partners.

3. Track and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and meetings arranged to ensure discussions for closure of deals.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experience.

6. Generate leads of client referral partners throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Manhattan.

7. Coordinate with the marketing and client service teams to understand the specific needs of clients to guide outreach efforts.

8. Model and encourage a positive culture underpinned by Sunnyside’s vision, mission, and values.

9. Track, document, and report on efforts, progress, and results.

10. Work with the Business Development Manager and the Marketing team to develop communication/PR plans to elevate Business Development initiatives.
11. Update the supervisor on the progress of assigned projects. Identify challenges to help redirect strategic
approach.
12. Perform other responsibilities as required.


Monthly Expectations
• At least 15-20 cold daily outreach activities to client referral partners.
• 10 new client referral leads each month.
• Schedule at least 3 client meetings per week with targeted leads

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Potential travel in NYC
• Extensive Screen Time
• The job requires prolonged periods of screen time, where the employee will be consistently engaged with electronic devices such as computers, laptops, tablets, or other digital devices. The individual will be expected to perform tasks that involve extensive use of these devices, including but not limited to data entry, research, writing, analysis, and communication.
• Be able to lift at least 15 lbs. of equipment and marketing content.
 

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:
Office setting and mainly outreach in the four boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx).
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Salesforce.
• Proven networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and the ability to multi-task and be highly attentive to detail.
• Home Care experience is a plus.
