Medical Assistant Dermatology

Virginia Skin Dermatology, with an office in Pantops,  is looking for a GAP YEAR medical assistant or other STUDENT/ RECENT GRAD who can commit to a position for a minimum of one year to start May 2024. The position is ideally full-time but can also be part-time. However, it is a requirement to commit for 1 year given the training required. 

Duties include scribing notes including being with the doctor for the entire visit, assisting with biopsies and other procedures, calling patients with prescription clarification and lab orders, checking patients in and out and scheduling follow up appointments.
