R & D AND UL ENGINEER ASSISTANT

  • Assist in maintaining UL standards by producing new product submittals, coordinating testing, revisions variation resolution and quarterly inspections for standard and proprietary products
  • Be well versed in the UL product approval process
  • Certification from college or technical school, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Be able to read schematics, ladder logic, power distribution and mechanical drawings
  • Assist with development of test fixtures, procedure and data collection requirements
  • Work with quality control for approval of questionable incoming components
  • This is not a remote position (Location ius Clearwater, FL)
