What You Can Expect in the Health & Medicare Insurance Agent Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Conduct needs-based assessments to guide clients through their Medicare options, helping them select plans that match their healthcare and financial needs.
  • Develop Expertise: Learn and understand Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans, and ancillary products to effectively educate clients.
  • Provide Personalized Service: Offer clear, professional guidance to clients, ensuring their questions are answered and they feel confident in their choices.
  • Keep Things Organized: Accurately document client interactions, policy details, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver excellent service both over the phone and in person, building trust and rapport with every client you assist.
  • You are a Professional: We are professionals and we expect all of our candidates to be professionals as well, so a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards is expected.

What to Expect as a New Member of the easyKind Medicare Team:

As a new hire, you’ll follow a clear and structured onboarding process to set you up for success:

  • Training Phase: Begin by mastering the basics of Medicare, supported by hands-on training and mentoring.
  • Daily Activity Goals: You’ll start by handling calls to become familiar with the sales process, with goals of scheduling 10-20 client appointments or transfers per week.
  • Building Momentum: Once trained and ready to sell, aim for 5+ hours of talk time daily.
  • Achieving Early Success: We hold our advisors to a high standard but we also want to ensure goals are attainable, so in your first stages as a new hire we require you to make at least four sales per week.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Skilled Communicator: Comfortable talking to people and able to explain complex information in a way that’s easy to understand.

  • Eager Learner: No prior insurance experience or licensing required—training is provided.
