Your Role as a Physical Therapist
As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in restoring function, alleviating pain, and improving patients' quality of life through customized treatment plans at our Allentown clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering personalized care plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educating patients and caregivers on home exercises and ongoing care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (MPT or DPT required)
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with Direct Access Certification (or eligibility)
- Preferably 3+ years of clinical experience with a diverse skill set
- CPR and BLS certifications preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
