Avita Community Partners is currently recruiting for a BCBA to manage an Adult Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) crisis wing in our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). The BHCC offers services 24/7, which includes crisis walk-in, 23 hour observation, and crisis stabilization.
- Will have direct client contact
- Will clinically supervise the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as well as oversee any Health Services Technicians (HST) along side the RBT Lead.
- Will evaluate individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, collect data, develop a behavior support plan (BSP) , and train staff on BSP
- Must be a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience with crisis staff supervision helpful.
