Accounting Assistant

  • Manage and respond to accounting-related emails in a timely manner.
  • Sort and match invoices to corresponding packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Enter accounts payable (A/P) invoices and non-stock invoices into the system accurately.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and payments and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Strong understanding of the need for confidentiality when handling financial information and records.
