
Accounting Assistant
- Manage and respond to accounting-related emails in a timely manner.
- Sort and match invoices to corresponding packing slips and purchase orders.
- Enter accounts payable (A/P) invoices and non-stock invoices into the system accurately.
- Familiarity with accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to identify discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and payments and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Strong understanding of the need for confidentiality when handling financial information and records.
