Fund Accountant

TGG Accounting has partnered with a REIT Fund, $13B AUM, in Greenwich, Connecticut that is seeking to add a Fund Accountant to their funds reporting team. 

Compensation: $110k-$140k – DOE.

Performance based Bonus: 20% - 50%. 

Location: Greenwich, CT. 

Schedule: Hybrid – four (4) days in office – One (1) day Work From Home. 

Overview: 

• Perform various BS/PnL reconciliations and reporting for loan portfolios. 
• Assist in financial statement and footnote disclosure preparation. 
• Perform various IS reconciliations and reporting for loan portfolios. 
• Communicate with outside administrators to create and maintain the financial records. 
• Coordinate with product accountants on complex securitizations. 
• Maintain expense accrual budgets, analyze budget-to-actuals, and liaise with relevant departments. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. 
• Demonstrated advanced-level Excel is required. 
• 2+ years of General or Public Accounting/Fund Accounting experience. 
• Excellent analytical, quantitative skills.
