Entry Level - Bilingual Project Coordinator (Chinese/English)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our exceptional team at Amberleaf Home, a renowned cabinet manufactory known for its craftsmanship and commitment to excellence. As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic organization, responsible for coordinating and driving the success of our projects. Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of preparing accurate fabrication and packing lists based on meticulous analysis of shop drawings, spec sheets, and project scope, ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
  • Showcase your organizational prowess by expertly managing and organizing all project documentation, including important events, change orders, back changes, and other critical records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and cross-functional teams to keep production timelines on track, meet deadlines, and ensure seamless availability of necessary resources, documents, and materials across departments.
  • Communicate project progress with finesse to key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships with internal teams and external customers. Deliver clear and timely updates, demonstrating your strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (strong Excel skills are a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.
