Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT desired (but not mandatory).
• Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) certificate is desired (but not mandatory).
• Must be self motivated and an effective team player.
Job Responsibilities
• Design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for a wide variety of commercial, residential and retail projects.
• Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation and construction administration.
• Perform design work with AutoCAD and/or BIM/REVIT modeling.
• Prepare due diligence and feasibility reports.
• Attend meetings with other project consultants.
• Provide engineering support for engineering staff.
• Comply with group and company standards and procedures.
