Behavior Clinician

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Clinicians. This role involves working with children aged 12 months to 10 years who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities. Services are primarily delivered in clinic and community settings. 

Our clinic provides an enriching environment for frequent, high-quality training and supervision by experienced Clinical BCBA Mentors. We offer a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for success, including support to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Position Details:

  • Schedule:
    • Full-time employees (M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM) preferred
    • Part-time employees (minimum 20 hours per week, 12:00PM-5:00PM or 8:30AM-3:00PM)
  • Work Environment:
    • In-clinic and community settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy to children with ASD or related developmental disabilities by implementing a treatment plan developed by BCBA Mentors.
    • Help clients acquire skills in communication, social interaction, daily living/self-help, and academic readiness through evidence-based techniques.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain professional and collaborative communication with parents or caregivers regarding the child’s progress and goals as guided by the BCBA.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
