Art Manager

Real Simple Ideas, LLC is an innovative product development, R&D & prototyping facility that works with the themed entertainment and merchandise industry to design, create, and produce themed merchandise for various retail locations.

We seek an Art Manager responsible for all production projects' visual style and designs based on client requirements. The Art Manager uses their artistic sensibilities and understanding of design and production presses to create work that engages the intended audience. Ensuring the messages are visually conveyed and strengthened through accompanying verbal communication.

This is a full-time, on-site position, with the ability to manage a small team.

 Qualifications include:

• Strong ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Strong computer knowledge, including hardware and software, with applications and programming.
• Knowledge of the theory and techniques required to compose, produce, and perform visual arts work and designs.
• Strong communication skills and time management.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task, with strong attention to detail.
• Consistently support a positive working environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• General knowledge of digital and offset printing processes and standards.
• Be reliable, responsible, and dependable, fulfilling obligations.
