Technology Representative
Fortis Surgical is seeking highly motivated, problem-solving individuals who are motivated by making an impact. Come join us as a Technology Representative!
Responsibilities:
- Support, assist, and contribute to the predetermined sales goals and quotas within your team’s assigned territory
- Be knowledgeable in Arthrex’s extensive product offerings, including but not limited to technique, features, benefits, and value proposition
- Ensure the safe and effective use of our products in the operating room by providing clinical and educational value
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with direct and indirect customers to grow and develop business within the assigned territory
- Assist in covering surgical cases in assigned territory, as directed

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous exposure to, or familiarity with, medical terminology, anatomy & pathology via sports, coursework, previous role, or other
- Exhibits adaptability and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and being action-oriented
- Embodies a competitive spirit
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Access to your own transportation
- Willing and able to travel frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time to attend surgical cases in an operating room, on a daily basis
