eCommerce Sales and Marketing Specialist
We are a small eCommerce business with an emphasis on retail and wholesale markets in the fashion and automotive industry. We pride our selves in providing superior quality products and excellent customer satisfaction through a personal touch in a team based work environment.
Our ideal candidate has the ability to wear many hats is self-motivated and loves to learn new things. We are looking for an individual to assist two different websites, CufflinksDepot.com and ePromoLogo.com in sales and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure and report performance of products.
- Engage with our customers and help promote sales through creative and timely communications.
- Proactively communicate customer special requests to our warehouse, engraving and shipping departments.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts.
- Provide and execute new ideas for expanding customer reach and sales conversion.
- Identify trends and insights to best generate and convert leads.
- Help create new growth strategies and maintain a strong knowledge of current marketing trends.
- Optimize user experience and create a positive customer journey on our commerce site.
- Manage responses to email initiatives in a timely manner.
- Ability to answer calls, take phone orders and provide customer service to customers.
- Assist in weekly cycle of order processing,, packing orders, and order customization.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience growing sales for a company/brand.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with high-end clientele in a clear and straightforward manner.
- At least Beginner ability in Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- BS/BA Degree
PREFERRED
- Experience with ecommerce sales and industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time in our Orlando, FL offices
Pay: $42,000 - $48,000 per year
