Position Overview:

We are seeking a graphic designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced product development environment. This role will focus on packaging, instruction manuals, and product-related assets, supporting both internal teams and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop packaging, instruction manuals, and product-related assets across multiple categories.
  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and product applications.
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and sales teams to ensure designs align with brand and retailer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across multiple private-label and exclusive brands.
  • Collaborate with overseas teams and manufacturing partners to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy.
  • Assist in light copy editing and formatting for instruction manuals and packaging.
  • Stay updated on packaging and design trends to enhance visual presentation and consumer appeal.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, product graphics, and layout work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Keyshot or other rendering software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong understanding of layout and color theory for retail and consumer products.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including international partners.
  • Ability to work on-site—local applicants only, as this position is not remote.
