
Customer Service & Event Assistant
Pyoor Candles is a creative and passionate business specializing in handcrafted products, vendor events, and interactive crafting parties. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service & Event Assistant to help with vendor events, social media engagement, and crafting party support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vendor events, including setup, customer interactions, and sales processing.
- Engage with customers online and in person, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage and respond to social media comments, messages, and posts to boost engagement.
- Help with organizing and hosting crafting parties, ensuring a fun and smooth experience for guests.
- Perform other business-related tasks as needed, based on seasonal demands.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and customer-focused personality with great communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies for event setup.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekend vendor events and busier seasons.
Position Details:
- Hours: Part-time, with limited hours initially and additional hours during peak vending times.
