Position Overview

The Junior Technical Sales Support Engineer serves as the critical link between our sales team and customers, providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales process. This role requires a unique blend of engineering knowledge and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and proposals for potential clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams to implement solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Process orders for the sales team through activities such as inventory lookup, order entry, quotations, purchase orders and the sales order. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management and CRM systems preferred
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft 365 products
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing abilities
