ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking an experienced Technical Innovation Integrator to enhance our manufacturing processes and expertise by seamlessly incorporating new technologies and methodologies that support the capabilities and efficacy of operators. In this role, you will lead efforts to identify, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability across our operations onsite and on behalf of our global clients.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is responsible to oversee and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of innovation projects
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough assessments of current manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Execute strategies for integrating innovative technologies and processes into existing manufacturing workflows.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Work closely with the training and innovation team to ensure new technologies and processes are captured to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Lead innovation projects from concept through implementation, managing personnel, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of innovation within the manufacturing team.
- Provide training and support to teams on new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of innovation initiatives and report findings to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously inform innovation strategies.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions to optimize workflow.
- Utilize data analytics to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform innovation strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports on innovation projects, tracking progress against established KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- High level of ethics and commitment to ISAIC mission, vision and core values

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, automation, and lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving change.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, with a strong focus on innovation integration or process optimization.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Apparel or Textiles manufacturing experience preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
