Sales Specialist

Job Title: Business Development Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Sales Specialist to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building relationships. This role will be based out of Eugene, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and qualify potential new clients through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
  • Sales Process Execution:
  • Conduct initial outreach, build rapport, and qualify leads.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring successful client onboarding.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new target markets and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Performance and Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
     

This is a base + commission type role.
