Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Prepares radioactive isotopes for administration to patient; maintains accurate records; operates within guidelines of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission; prepares budget information when required; other assigned duties as assigned.

  • Graduate of a recognized, approved American Medical Association Council of Education program in radiologic technology or in Clinical and Diagnostic Science, emphasis in nuclear medicine required
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Nuclear Medicine OR Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board required
