
Clinical Research Study Coordinator

About the Role
As a Clinical Research Study Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and managing clinical trials across multiple specialties, including geriatrics, spine studies, sports medicine, and pediatric assessments. Working closely with clinicians, researchers, and institutional partners, you’ll help define study designs, establish key metrics, and oversee regulatory compliance. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to structure contracts, secure funding, and ensure smooth execution of pilot studies.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate clinical study planning and execution, ensuring alignment with research goals and institutional requirements.
• Work with clinicians, researchers, and sponsors to define study endpoints, objectives, and key milestones.
• Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding applications to support research initiatives.
• Manage regulatory processes, including working with IRBs and ensuring compliance with ethical and institutional standards.
• Develop strategic frameworks for multi-site studies, including contract structuring, cost projections, and data-sharing agreements.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare comparative presentations on assessment methodologies for clinical conditions such as stroke, cerebral palsy, and motion-related disorders.
• Facilitate collaborations with research institutions
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in clinical research coordination, study planning, or healthcare project management.
• Familiarity with clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and IRB processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including clinicians, researchers, and funding bodies.
• Experience with grant writing and securing funding for research initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multi-site collaborations.
• Ability to synthesize complex research findings into presentations and study documentation.
